UK deliveries:

Orders can be despatched to your home or work place. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and may require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday delivery.

Please note: Next Working Day delivery does not include Saturday delivery. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery.

Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add special delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour".

We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays. If you place your order on Friday before 4:00pm on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Monday. If you place your order over the weekend on a Next Day service, then it will arrive on Tuesday.

We shall endeavour to deliver by the date specified. We will take reasonable steps to notify you within 14 days of order confirmation if Goods will not be shipped as ordered.

Important Notice: For orders going outside the UK (including the channel Islands) that are considerably larger (Volumetric Weight) than average we reserve the right to make an additional charge to cover the increased delivery rate from Parcelforce.
